When you create a Flyksoftaccountusing any of our Services, we may collect your:

  • mobile phone number(s)
  • your photo, if uploaded (optional)
  • If you choose to use your Google, Facebook, or Apple account to sign into Flyksoft, we will get an access token that enables this sign-in process (granting us access to your first and last name, email, user ID and (apart from Apple) your profile photo).
  • We assign unique user IDs or other account-level IDs to your Flyksoft account.

As you use your account, we may collect information about your:

  • purchase history, including product orders or appointment bookings, or voucher purchase and use
  • favourites (e.g. your favourite salon or gym)
  • account settings
  • social login information
  • securely saved payment methods.
  • We may also collect information, if you provide it, about your preferences, referrals, or how you found out about our Services, or other user generated content (e.g. profile photo, reviews).

We use this account and related information to manage your account with us, including to

  • Maintain your Flyksoft account
  • Provide customer support
  • Enable you to contact, order from and make bookings with our Business
  • Enable you to make and pay for orders and bookings with your account.
  • If a Business offers home services and you select the option, to enable you to book appointments at the address you provide
  • Provide you with a personalised experience, including recommending features, services, products and Business we think you may be interested in.

If you order any products from a Business

When you order any products from a Business, we may collect your:

  • Order details and purchase records, including any related correspondence via our Services
  • Cancellation, return and refund records
  • Securely saved payment methods
  • Your product reviews or ratings

We use your account and order information to enable our Business to fulfil and manage your orders, including to

Who do we share your information with?

If you are a Client

We will share your details with our Business if you've requested us to do so. For instance, if you wish to connect with, order from, or schedule an appointment with one of our Business. Your contact and account information may be shared, and the Business will also receive any other information you provide via Flyksoft (for instance, when completing a Business’s consultation form). This information helps Business manage communications, orders, and bookings with you. If you leave a public review for a Business (or any of their products in their shop on our Services), your rating, review, review date, and first name along with the initial of your last name may be published on Flyksoft. Other Flyksoft users and the public might have access to view your reviews. These reviews could also be published or distributed on third-party websites. Public reviews remain visible even after the termination or expiry of the Flyksoft Terms of Service.

If Flyksoft processes your information as a Client, Partner staff, or otherwise

We might also disclose your information to:

  • Any member of our company group, which refers to our ultimate holding company, its subsidiaries, and/or our subsidiaries. They may assist in processing personal information under this Notice.

How do we protect your information?

All the information you provide to us is stored securely. Our website employs end-to-end encryption to safeguard your data. Additionally, our platform ensures industry-standard security and encryption for all connections. Any data we gather is stored within protected databases and data storage systems, with stringent access controls. All requests for data access are logged and monitored, following threat detection policies. However, it's important to note that while we take extensive measures to safeguard your personal information, transmitting data over the internet is not entirely foolproof. Despite the use of special notices indicating encrypted transmissions (like for credit card information), we cannot assure the complete security of data transmitted to us. Any transmission is done at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we apply rigorous procedures and security features to deter unauthorized access.

Payment processing

Payments made through our Services are conducted via our payment gateway provider, Stipe. When making a payment, you will directly provide your credit or debit card information to Stipe. Stipe operates a secure server for processing payment details, ensuring encryption of your credit/debit card information and authorizing the payment. Flyksoft is able to view cardholder and card details. Additionally, Flyksoft retains the following card information:

  • Card brand
  • Cardholder's name
  • Last four digits of the card
  • Card expiry month and year

Flyksoft may occasionally include links to external websites. If you choose to visit any of these sites through the provided links, please be aware that these websites operate under their own privacy policies. Flyksoft is not responsible for these policies or any content present on external sites, and the inclusion of these links does not necessarily indicate an endorsement of the views expressed on those sites. How long is your information kept for?

In general, we will process personal information as follows:

  • For as long as it's necessary for the original purpose(s) it was collected (such as managing it on behalf of a Business or during the duration of your account with us).

In certain cases, we might keep your personal data for an extended period if there's a complaint, a potential for legal proceedings, or awareness of ongoing legal actions.
